Are the items in your store truly antique, vintage, or contemporary?

Most pieces we offer are authentic, carefully researched, and pre-owned—including antique jewelry (100+ years old), vintage jewelry (20+ years old), and select pre-owned contemporary pieces.

In addition, our “By the Artist” collection features brand-new designs created by PreAdored®.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided the item is returned in its original condition within the stated timeframe. Please review the full policy before purchasing.

How is my order shipped and is it insured?

All orders are carefully packaged and ship via USPS, including First Class, Priority, or Priority Express.
Every shipment includes tracking and full insurance at no additional cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination, but tracking details are always provided.

Do you offer ring sizing?

If a ring is eligible for resizing, we’re happy to assist.
Ring sizing is not included in the purchase price. Please contact us with the product SKU (a four-digit number at the top of the product page) and your desired size for details.

How do you determine age, materials, and style?

We evaluate each piece using hallmarks, construction techniques, materials, and historical references. When exact dating isn’t possible, we provide the most accurate era attribution based on professional standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment options displayed at checkout. Financing options may be available on qualifying purchases.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing may be available through approved providers. Available options will appear at checkout when applicable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist you promptly and ensure the issue is resolved.
