A gorgeous cross pendant, likely Navajo-made, and unsigned.
It is in excellent condition with light signs of wear and age.
The cross measures 1 3/4 inches (44mm) tall, including the bail, and 7/8 inch (22mm) wide.
It is stamped Sterling in cursive letters.
