Ethereal moonstone shoulder duster chandelier earrings with luminous blue flashes that shift with movement and light. Eight oval cabochons adorn each earring, set in open-back sterling silver bezels. An airy double-oval frame supports three articulated strands, with a longer center drop creating an elegant taper.
