This is an unusual vintage Damascene belt buckle depicting a Griffin. The black background is iron with applied layers of 22k Gold and fine Silver to create the design. The buckle is gold plated.

Studio made large Sterling Silver belt buckle comprised of free form bits of Silver melted together and finished with oval wire frame. This belt buckle is totally hand made in "end of day" style. Measures 3 13/16" by 3". Fits belts up to 1 3/4" wide, which can be changed. No belt is included.
