  •  How is my order shipped?
 We ship via USPS. You may choose First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail at the checkout. First Class Shipping is free on all purchases. Tracking and insurance are always included. For more information please see our Shipping page.

  • Please note we can only ship to the Billing address.
Card Holder signature is required on parcels valued over $200.00 regardless of destination.  If you would like to have an order shipped to a different address please add that address to your PayPal prior to making the purchase. You can then choose that address for shipping during the payment process, on the payment page for the appropriate method.

  •  Do you ship to other countries?
We ship to some countries by US Postal Service First Class International. Packages up to 4 lbs including magazines can be shipped this cost effective way. Please note that any tax or customs tariff in your country are your responsibility. Tracking and expedited shipping are available for some International orders.   • How long does it take to receive my order?
If an item is in stock and ready to ship it generally ships in one to two business days after the payment is cleared.We only ship orders after payment has cleared, so payment method affects the shipping date. Generally speaking, Priority Mail arrives in 2 to 3 days within the contiguous USA, with exceptions. It is a great service and our experience with it is very good but it is not guaranteed. Other shipping methods by USPS are offered at the checkout. International orders take longer depending on shipping method and customs clearance.

  •  What happens if I am not happy with my purchase? 
We want you to be happy with your experience buying from us. We can give you a refund, exchange or provide you with store credit. For details please see our Return Policy.

  •  If an item is damaged in transit:
We pack very carefully and ensure every parcel we ship, no matter the destination. Save the original packaging but do not send the item back as it voids the insurance claim. Please let us know about it right away. Our Return Policy page will provide you with full details.

  •  Do you do repairs? 
Due to time constraints, we regret we cannot repair jewelry at this time.

  •  Do you appraise jewelry?
No, we do not.

  •  Can you tell me how much an item sold for?
In order to protect the privacy of our clients, we do not disclose that information. Please do not ask.
