Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, be it Antique, Vintage, Pre-Owned or New. We do all possible to make sure you are extremely happy with your purchase but sometimes it is not the right one and we understand that.

Any purchase which involves a discount off the original price, is reduced, on sale or purchased through a special promotion cannot be returned for a refund, we will issue store credit instead in the form of a custom coupon. Discounts of 5% or less can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

Shipping is not refundable. In case of Free Shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

Returns are accepted for refunds under the following terms:

  • You must contact us for a Return Authorization within 7 days of receiving the order. Returned items must reach us within 15 days of delivery in the US and 45 days of delivery on International orders to qualify for refund.
  • Please ship package as you received it, with the same care we shipped it to you. Include all packaging you received, including the double jewelry box if you received one.Tracking and insurance are always a good idea for your peace of mind.
  • Item must be in the same exact condition it was shipped to you. Not sized, polished, worn or modified in any way.
    • Once we inspect the item/s and the terms have been met, we will provide you with your choice of  refund, exchange (new shipping not included, unless covered by the amount of your credit) or a custom coupon without expiration date. There will be only one exchange per sale or order.
    • It may take up to 5 business days for us to issue the refund.
    • Watches must be inspected by our watch maker before refunds are processed.

        ​​After the return period of 30 days you may return your purchase for store credit (in the form of a custom coupon) or for exchange only. All requirements apply to all returns, whether exchanges, store credit or refund. Please make sure to request authorization by letting us know in advance.


        In case of damage while in transit:

        Please let us know within 3 days of receipt if there is any damage or shortage. All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you. Insurance claims can only be filed for 10 days after package is delivered to you.

        We pack carefully and professionally, using new materials, unless the item is in the original antique or vintage wrapping or box. In case of damage to the item or shortage of contents in the shipping package please contact us as soon as possible. Please save all boxes and wrapping, it is needed for the insurance claim. We will be happy to assist you with that. All parcels are fully insured by a third party.



        Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the order. If payment was made via PayPal your refund might be issued as an e-check.
