Outstanding example of late 1800s Costume Jewelry, a beautiful brooch constructed in Edwardian Style silver tone filigree, adorned with gold tone ribbon and corners. This ribbon is chased in an ellaborate wave pattern. Very fine Rostov Finift Russian Enamel in unusual motif of a couple in the garden embracing in a swing.
Overall measurements are 2 1/4" wide, 1 3/16" at the center. There are no maker's mark. Closes with a simple C clasp. Good to excellent condition, there is 1 fine line on the upper right which is almost invisible in person. It has been magnified for you to see.
