Very unusual Sterling Silver bookmark in the form of a Scottish sword. Beautifully made, the handle holds a polished Agate It is entirely handmade with chased accents. Fully hallmarked with the maker's mark JF, the Lion Passant, lower case letter M and the Birmingham anchor. Dates from around 1890's, Victorian Era.
Measures almost 3.5" long. In excellent condition with beautiful patina that enhances the fine details.
