Vintage Chinese Export enamel and canetille or filigree charm bracelet estimates to date from the 1930's or 1940's contains 10 adorable 3D charms in gold gilt Fine Silver. Likely to have been made for export or as souvenirs in China, each charm is dimensional and very detailed. There are 10 different ones:

  • The bird cage with a tiny bird inside enameled in yellow and green;
  • Bucket with swivel handle;
  • Drum;
  • Clarinet;
  • Gourd;
  • Coffee Pot;
  • Telephone;
  • Steam Iron;
  • Life saver;
  • Watering can.

There is space for one more charm, lost along the decades. You can add a charm or clasp the bracelet higher. Average length of each charm is 1/2".

In excellent vintage condition, some patina left, slight loss of gilding on chain from regular wear. Occasional small loss of enamel due to wear on a charm, nothing obvious. Maximum wearable length is 7 1/2".Another great example of Art Deco Chinoiserie Jewelry.

This information is intended to help you understand our sizing methods.

Please note many small measurements are in millimeters. It is a Jewelry Industry standard for accuracy.

You can download and print the Ring Sizing Chart. Make sure to follow the directions closely for best accuracy. Most rings can be sized unless otherwise noted. Cost of sizing is not included, please inquire with ring information and size required for an estimate.

Our model's hand is approximately 5" wide or 12 cm as seen in this image:

Our Estate Jewelry measuring guide - model's hand.

We measure bracelets based on their wearable length, not the actual length. We do this because chunky bracelets will have a smaller wearable length than the actual length as the thickness of the bracelet reduces the internal measurement. If at any time you would like the actual length and is not in the description, please feel free to contact us.
