Victorian Period antique flexible bracelet with Byzantine Revival details.
Made in Yellow Gold Filled.
Bypass style clasp.
Ends feature granulation, crescents and two faux Bohemian Garnets.
Stones are glass.
Overall measurement is approximately 7/16" at the clasp.
The flexible tube is 1/8" in diameter.
Fits wrists up to 5 1/2", perhaps made for a child.
Inside measurements are 1 5/8" front to back and 1 7/8" side to side.
There is a curve to the bracelet that disappears when worn.
Some portions of the tips are not Gold Filled.
Condition is good.
Clasp works as it should.
Some loss of plating to the high points on the granulation.
It blends well with the overall design of the bracelet.
Estimated to date from the 1880's.
