Vintage, 1930s to 1980s
Very pretty 14k Yellow Gold band style ring features a emerald cut Opal. This is not a doublet or triplet, this is an Opal cabochon. Nice fire best viewed at lower light, with overall mint green shimmer and red flashes here and there. It's quite pretty.
Setting measures approximately 5mm North South by 7mm East West.
Opal cabochon is 7mm by 4mm sitting flush with the setting and well protected.
Ring size is 6 US.
It is new old stock, made in the late 1970's. Unworn, marked and tested.
