Vintage, 1930s to 1980s
Very cool movement and cool retro looks give this vintage Kingston watch unisex appeal. Manual movement, back of case reads "Alertic". Double crown, the top crown winds and sets the alarm, the lower crown sets and winds the time. Gold plated case in medium size, suitable for men or women, measures 32mm not including crowns. Considered by many as a rare wrist watch.
Dial reads Kingston, Alarm, 17 Jewels, Water Protected, Incabloc, Permapower, Antimagnetic.
Back of case is stamped Brevet, a shield with the letters AS, Alertic, Water Protected, Swiss Made, Incabloc, Anti Magnetic and Stainless Steel Back.
Watch works great, keeps time, alarm sounds when it should. It also is in very good cosmetic condition. Beautiful dial with engraved concentric rays where you will see Arabic numerals for 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock and dashes for the other hours. Center is smooth. Sunken markers for alarm hand.
Off white color, there is one tiny red spot between 11 and 12 and one at 6 o'clock. Otherwise in great shape, no damage to crystal or case. Slight wear on the expanding gold filled band.
This information is intended to help you understand our sizing methods.
Please note many small measurements are in millimeters. It is a Jewelry Industry standard for accuracy.
You can download and print the Ring Sizing Chart. Make sure to follow the directions closely for best accuracy. Most rings can be sized unless otherwise noted. Cost of sizing is not included, please inquire with ring information and size required for an estimate.
Our model's hand is approximately 5" wide or 12 cm as seen in this image:
We measure bracelets based on their wearable length, not the actual length. We do this because chunky bracelets will have a smaller wearable length than the actual length as the thickness of the bracelet reduces the internal measurement. If at any time you would like the actual length and is not in the description, please feel free to contact us.
