This vintage Modernist cuff bracelet watch will have everyone asking where you got it! Its unique design features a minimalist mirror face with no numerals, simple black hands and is mounted on the minimalist tapered bright silver bracelet that wraps around the wrist. The mirror finish on the dial is so reflective you can touch up your lipstick.
This gorgeous bracelet watch is inspired by the famous design of Torun Bulow-Hube for Georg Jensen. Best is you can wear this sculpture around your wrist for a fraction of the price of the original one. They are extremely rare and in all the years I have dealt in vintage watches this is the only one I ever saw.
The watch is 1 3/16" in diameter. The bracelet including the watch extends 5 1/4" not including the opening. It can be adjusted a bit but very carefully as you would not want to damage the bright silver finish or weaken the bracelet!
In excellent condition, with light signs of wear. Estimated to date from the 1970's, based on the Japan-made quartz movement. Marked Chaton, B.I.I., DT141. Bracelet was made in Hong Kong, movement in Japan.
Don't miss this one - you may never see another!
