Returns are accepted for store credit only when you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Undamaged
Unaltered
In original condition
Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as electronic store credit to your PreAdored® account.
Store credit never expires.
Please note:
Shipping charges are not credited
Refunds are not issued
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Items discounted by any means
Altered items, including sized rings
These conditions will always be noted prior to purchase.
Damage or Loss in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can assist with an insurance claim.
Insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t delay contacting us.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please visit our Returns Center to obtain an RMA number.
Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.
Once submitted, we’ll respond promptly with instructions.
