This stunning Inca-influenced pendant brooch is hand-wrought from sterling silver and 18k yellow gold.
Entirely crafted by hand, each element is intricately cut, shaped, textured, and polished manually. It is dimensional and bold.
This piece is dimensional and intricate. The backdrop is concave and reticulated with open work. The next layer is a sterling silver flower. An 18k gold kitty cat is nestled at the center. His eyes are set with round turquoise cabochons.
The diameter is 2.25 inches. The center rises 9/16 inches.
You can wear this 18k Gold cat sterling silver pendant as a brooch or a pendant. The bail in the back will accept a chain up to 5mm in diameter. The pin clasp is in good working condition.
The marks 925 and 18k are stamped on the reverse. The approximate total weight is 13 grams. It was carefully tested.
It is not recommended to dip this pendant into a cleaning solution due to the patina at the center of the flower. It is there intentionally to increase the contrast.
Please note a small amount of melted silver on the lower right inside the flower. It happened during manufacturing and is not a defect.
