Antique Edwardian Nickel Silver Necessaire – Exquisitely Hand Engraved Ladies Necessaire Purse Compact
This gorgeous antique Edwardian to Art Deco necessaire is exquisitely hand-chased. Dating from the 1920s, it measures 3 1/2″ long by 2 1/2″ wide and 1/2″ at the deepest point.
When opened, you will see two spring-loaded compartments for coins, one for cards or paper money, and a mirror that, when opened, is a powder compact. The powder puff is original.
The chain is a paper clip link chain about 9″ long.
The condition is excellent, with light wear to the back. All clasps work, open, and stay closed. The mirror is also in excellent condition.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
