An uncommon antique pocket watch chain with the presence and versatility of a necklace. Sections of curb chain alternate with graduated engraved bar links, creating a pleasing contrast between fluid links and elongated decorative forms.
The oversized spring ring hangs from a sliding bail and moves freely along the chain. Wear it as a simple circular centerpiece or use it to hold a favorite pendant or charm. An additional link at the bail offers another attachment point, while dog clips finish both ends of the chain.
Condition: Very good antique condition overall. The large spring ring requires manual closure: push its button forward after opening, as it does not return closed automatically.
