Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Compact For Chatelaine Pill Box Pendant
In very good condition with a considerable amount of patina and a couple of small indents, this lovely pillbox-sized sterling silver compact holds a tiny mirror and has a gilded interior.
There is a bail for carrying it as a pendant. It allows for a chain up to 3mm in diameter.
It is marked Sterling, and the maker’s mark is a capital letter A inside a square. It has not been identified.
The compact measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter and 1/16 inches (20mm) tall.
The overall approximate weight is 17 grams. It is estimated to date from the late 1800s.

- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
