We take many pictures of each piece we offer, carefully inspect and test, do extensive research, write detailed descriptions and are always happy to quickly answer any questions you may have. • Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
• Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
• If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
• If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
• We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
