This exquisite bold statement necklace is entirely made by hand. Worthy of a warrior, represented by its shield shaped pendant. As a counterpoint to the bold design, the pendant is hand granulated. When you turn it around you realize it is entirely made of tiny pieces of sterling wire expertly soldered together creating the filigree background.
The necklace has the most beautiful warm patina that can only be achieved by the passage of time. It was cleaned but not polished, the patina is part of its magic and allure. The pendant is slightly over 2 3/4″ in diameter. The bail is granulated.
The pendant is strung on an intricately woven custom rope that includes the clasp. It is an exquisite piece you won’t find again.
The condition is excellent, it looks unworn. Pieces like this are hard to date, perhaps made in India based on the design and manufacturing method. Slight imperfections are part of its character. It is marked 925, carefully tested.
Wearable length is 19.25″. Total approximate weight is 64 grams.

Returns and Cancelations

If you would like a picture of a particular angle we are happy to provide you with more images.
- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
