Antique Gold Filled IHS Religious Locket Pocket Watch Chain
A very sweet and unusual locket is the fob for this antique pocket watch chain. The letters IHS are raised on the cover, framed by a beautiful Art Nouveau motif. Once opened, you will find a frame for one image on one side and an articulated double metal at the center which depicts the Sacred Heart on one side and the Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus on the other. Behind this double metal, you can keep another photo or a memento.
The locket measures almost 1″ in diameter. The curb link watch chain measures 10 3/4″ long and is 4mm wide. You can add another watch chain to complete the length of a necklace. It has an older spring clasp on one side and a latch on the other.
The set is in excellent condition with light wear consistent with age. It is estimated to date from the 1920s. It has a patent date of April 9, 1912.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
