Vintage Modernist Sterling Silver Hinged Panel Link Chain Necklace
This elegant Modernist sterling silver hinged panel link chain necklace is signed MP. Made by hand, each link is a curved panel with a pinstripe textured background and applied smooth raised lines that follow the contour of the necklace. It drapes beautifully.
The necklace length is adjustable from 15″ to 16.5″, it is designed to fit as a collar that drapes around the neck.
Each handmade link is 5/16″ or 8mm tall by 7/8″ or 23mm wide. It is in excellent condition with a warm light patina that enhances the details.
Also marked 925, it weighs approximately 19.4 grams. Estimated to date from the 1970s, the maker’s name is unknown.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
