Description
This vintage Modernist art glass bud vase by Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda is from the Windpipe series, Bud Vase model #48173.
Made by a master of art glass in limited edition, each is unique, each slightly different. This is an elegant, slender example.
The vase measures 7 inches tall with a base diameter of 1.5 inches. The hand-engraved marks can be found at the base.
The colors are mint green for the upper, marigold yellow for the lower, and royal blue for the applied accent. It’s lovely and presents beautifully.
The condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs.
The Windpipe group dates from the 1980s.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
