Antique Victorian Gold Filled Pocket Watch Chain and Greco-Roman Intaglio Fob
This lovely antique gold pocket watch chain features a black onyx Greco-Roman gladiator fob. The fob setting is beautiful, crowned by two stylized snakes.
The chain is 12 1/8″ long from the bar to the end of the dog clip.
Measuring from the dog clip to the intaglio fob, it is 13 1/2″ long. The links are elongated oval curb links 3/16″ wide. It’s a very elegant antique pocket watch chain. It weighs 21.7 grams.
The fob measures 1 1/8″ long by 1 1/4″ wide, finely carved.
Both the fob and chain are gold filled. Unmarked, carefully tested, circa the 1900s. It is marked J.F.S. Sons on the clip. It is in very good condition with light wear consistent with age.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
