Antique Victorian Hand Engraved Cover Locket Necklace Set with Emerald Simulant
This gorgeous antique Victorian locket in gold filled has a beautiful hand-engraved cover and is set with a small faceted green glass stone. The engraving is beautifully done, by hand, and ornate.
The material is gold-filled. The locket is in very good condition with only light surface wear consistent with age. Marked W & H Co for Wightman & Hough Company based in Providence RI and in operation from 1856-1922.
We added a brand new gold-filled chain that can be worn between 16″ and 18″ long, depending on where it is clasped on the extender. Estimated to date from the 1880s.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
