Vintage Victorian Revival Heart Padlock Clasp Rope Chain Bracelet by Ballou
A lovely Victorian Revival padlock charm bracelet where the padlock is actually the clasp. Made by Ballou, the top of the padlock is a spring just like a regular spring-ring clasp.
The chain is a thick braided rope, 5mm in diameter. The bracelet fits wrists up to 7″. It is in excellent vintage condition.
The back of the padlock is marked “B.A.B.” for Ballou, a well-known American jewelry company that was based in Rhode Island and manufactured jewelry from 1876 to 2009. It is also marked “1/20 12k GF”.
This unusual bracelet weighs approximately 10.2 grams. It is estimated to date from the 1970s.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
