This antique Victorian Sterling Silver shell cameo pendant necklace is over 100 years old. The lovely hand carved figure is framed by a gold rope wire. The chain is newer than the cameo and is 16″ long.

Description
This is a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver shell cameo pendant necklace. The cameo is hand carved from a shell. It is not a cast piece. The bezel setting includes a gold rope trim. The cameo is beautifully carved and nicely detailed.
The pendant measures 1 1/8″ long, including the bail. It is 9/16″ at the widest point and 1/4″ deep at the highest point.
It was found with a vintage but not as old sterling silver Rolo chain that is approximately 16″ long. The chain is likely from the 50s, the cameo from the late 1900s.
In excellent condition, the chain is marked, and the pendant was carefully tested. There is a warm patina overall that enhances the details.

- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
