A vintage Chapel sterling silver four-way swivel medal with patriotic enamel and a personal dedication dated Valentine’s Day, 1967.
Red, white and blue enamel frames an even-arm cross depicting the Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Joseph holding the Christ Child, St. Christopher carrying the Christ Child, and Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. The border reads “Sea, Air, Land, USA.”
The back plate swivels aside to reveal devotional imagery: Mary with the Christ Child, consistent with Our Lady of Mount Carmel, a Holy Spirit dove, and the reverse of the Miraculous Medal. Inscriptions read “St Christopher Protect Us” and “St Joseph Pray For Us.”
The plate is engraved “To Tom Love Estelle 2-14-67.” Marked Chapel and Sterling; made in 1967 or earlier.

Very good vintage condition, with light interior patina, a small indentation and tiny enamel loss at the bottom edge of the frame. The swivel works well and the medal stays closed when worn on a chain.
