Gorgeous Sterling Silver Marcasite Garnet Necklace 20 In Long – January Birthstone
This is a beautiful statement necklace in sterling silver, set with Marcasites and Garnets. It has a lovely, detailed floral design.
The garnets are real gemstones, tested, and prong set.
The necklace measures 20 inches long.
The centerpiece, including the garnet drop, measures 1 5/16 inches tall at the center.
The three attached chains are 3/16 inches wide. They are fused at regular intervals to create unusual stations.
The design includes 9 round faceted garnets. The stones measure 3/16 inches (5mm) in diameter and are round and faceted.
The setting has an open gallery, and the necklace is substantial and well-made.
Overall, the condition is very good, with a patina that enhances the details. A few very tiny stones are missing, but this is only noticeable with a jeweler’s loupe.
The garnets and metal were professionally tested to confirm the sterling content. The necklace is marked 925 Sterling on the back of the centerpiece.
