Moonstone Sterling Silver Ring – Horizontal Oval Cabochon – Great Play of Color – Sz 7 –
This moonstone ring is beautiful tapered band with open work reminiscent of Celtic symbols on each side of the bezel setting. The band is 11mm at the center of the setting and tapers gently to 3mm towards the palm of the hand.
The moonstone is natural, untreated, with good adularescence (play of color, blue flashes. It is an high domed oval cut cabochon that rises 19mm above the hand. The estimated size for the gemstone is 9mm by 12mm. It is set horizontally. This moonstone is loupe clean and free from inclusions.
In excellent condition, much prettier in person as the blue flashes are difficult to catch in photos.
The ring size is 7 and it can be sized by a good silversmith.
Marked 925 and tested, it weighs approximately 4.85 grams making it a substantial ring.
There is no maker’s mark.
The condition is excellent, this is a beautiful ring. The color play and height of the cabochon makes it truly special.

- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
