We are located in the US and exclusively online 24/7/365. Shop in your pajamas!
At this time, we do not. Please locate a trustworthy and qualified appraiser in your area. There are online services as well, but we are not familiar with any of them.
Yes, we do. Returns are easy and accepted for store credit only. Please request an RMA at our Returns page no more than 7 days after delivery. We want you to be happy!
About the offerings
We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Extensive research is done on each and every piece offered. The vast majority of our items is pre-owned and we only have one of each with rare exceptions.
We also carry pieces that are Antique (over 100 years old) and Vintage (over 20 years old). Since they are not new, light signs of wear and age are to be expected. Please read the item description for details or get in touch if you have a question.
Extensive research and non destructive testing is done before we make any item available to you. We have decades of experience in the Jewelry field. Our founder is a member of GIA Alumni and continues studies to this day. Fore more information please see our “About Us” page.
The age and era are determined by style, materials and manufacturing methods.
In order to protect the privacy of our clients, we do not disclose that information. Please do not ask.
About ordering, shipping, and returns
Some of our products are negotiable. We are happy to consider serious offers on them. They are grouped in the Make an Offer collection. If you would like to make an offer please go to the product page and use the “Ask an Expert” chat button to send us your offer. We will reply as quickly a possible.
All items are carefully and professionally packaged using new reusable materials. We ship all jewelry and watches in gift boxes.
Please note we can only ship to the billing address. Signature confirmation is required on all orders above $199.00.
We ship via USPS. You may choose First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail at the checkout. Tracking and insurance are always included. Expedited Shipping is available at the checkout.

For shipping cost estimate, please check the shipping calculator in the cart for the most updated information by adding the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Add your address and the calculator will let you know the cost.
Please note the buyer is responsible for all duty, fees and any surcharges imposed by the destination country.
USPS Delivery times vary by shipping method and country and are not guaranteed as packages must clear Customs. Usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on Customs clearance.
Please do not ask for the package to be marked Gift or Sample. It is unlawful to do so.
We ship fast! Usually in one to two business days after order is confirmed. There will be notifications emailed or texted to you when the order is shipped, with updates when is out for delivery and delivered.
USPS suggested First Class (domestic) delivery schedule is 3 to 9 days .
USPS Priority Mail (domestic) is scheduled to arrive in 2 to 3 days within the contiguous USA, but it is not guaranteed.
International orders might take longer depending on shipping method and Customs clearance, which varies by country and time of the year (it might take longer during the Holidays). It could be as little as 3 days to 14 days, depending on Customs clearance.

Rest assured you are covered! All shipments are fully insured. We pack very carefully, but occasionally it happens.
Save the original packaging but do not send the item back as it voids the insurance coverage. Please let us know about it right away so we can help. Our Return Policy page will provide you with more details.
About payment methods
Order with confidence! At time of writing we accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal (you don’t need an account), and Sezzle. More payment forms coming soon.

At this time, we do not but we have partnered with Sezzle to offer interest-free financing. Please refer to their site to pre-apply or for more information. You can also apply right at the checkout.
