We ship the same or the next business day via USPS.  The cardholder’s signature might be required at delivery.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee when canceled.

Items are professionally wrapped and shipped safely, double-boxed, or boxed in a padded envelope.

All shipping rates to all destinations available to your location will be displayed on the cart page by the shipping calculator. Tracking and full insurance are provided on every shipment at no extra cost to you.

Domestic US

USPS estimates delivery dates within 3 to 9 business days to most Continental US locations but recent world events are causing delays. Please allow extra time or choose a faster shipping method at checkout.

If any special arrangements are needed please contact us prior to placing the order. We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. We don’t want to spoil the surprise!

International Shipping

We gladly ship to the following countries:

To our friends in the UK: Please tell us which items you would like to purchase and we will list them on Etsy or eBay for you. A marketplace will handle the new Custom fees for both of us. You do not need an account to purchase at either one. You can contact us by using the “Ask an Expert” button where the details of the item will be automatically included.

If your country is not listed or the order is above US$1,250.00, please contact us with the destination country for available shipping methods.

Buyer is responsible for all duty, fees and any surcharges imposed by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping services.

As per USPS rules, orders above $400.00 cannot be shipped First Class International. They can be shipped Priority or Express.

Delivery times vary by method and country and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can add to delivery time.

Please check the laws governing jewelry imports and customs duties in your country. Any taxes, levies or charges imposed by the laws of your country are the buyers sole responsibility. We do not collect these charges. Please do not ask for the package to be marked Gift or Sample. It is unlawful to do so.

Returns Policy

We are here for you! We want you to be delighted with your purchase and experience shopping with us. We take many pictures of each piece we offer, carefully inspect and test, do extensive research, write detailed descriptions and are always happy to quickly answer any questions you may have. If you would like a picture of a particular angle we are happy to provide you with more images.

Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.

Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.

If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
