This vintage 1980s genuine python skin shoulder bag or clutch is very versatile. Just hide the chain strap and you have an elegant clutch made of authentic python snake skin. The color is quite unusual, taupe. Most of the time they are a creamy white. It looks to be the natural color as there is no variation on the shade in hidden areas like the pull tab that helps you open it. It closes with a swivel in each side. It has a brown leather line with one zippered inner pocket.
This bag can be worn as a shoulder bag or clutch. One of the screws in one hinge is stamped with the letter F. The other is replaced by a standard screw. This is not obvious when worn.
This unusual handbag measures 10.5" wide by 7" tall. The bottom expands as you add items to it, the profile is wider at the bottom and tappers to the top. The chain shoulder strap is 31" long making the drop 15". Other than the replaced portion of the hinge it is in excellent condition and very clean. It is not signed.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
