Description

A vintage Southwestern Native American sterling silver ring set with an oval tiger’s-eye cabochon. The golden-brown stone displays strong chatoyancy and a darker central band that shifts with the light.

A twisted-wire border, applied leaf, and silver bead details surround the smooth bezel. The handmade setting rests on a traditional split shank. Unsigned and without documented provenance; the construction is likely Navajo and dates to approximately the 1970s.

The unmarked metal has been tested and confirmed as sterling silver.

Excellent vintage condition. The tiger’s eye is secure and free from chips, and the silver retains an attractive patina with darkened recessed details.
