Antique Victorian Gold Folding Lorgnette Pendant Necklace Loupe Long Y Necklace
A beautiful antique folding lorgnette on a long Y necklace. The lorgnette has a marked 10k bridge. The frame and chain are a rich gold filled. The frame is delicately engraved. It was found in an antique jewelry box with silk and velvet lining. You will receive the lorgnette necklace in the antique box.
The lorgnette folds in half. The mechanism works well. It holds folded and opens when the release is pushed. When folded, it acts as a loupe. It has bifocal prescriptions. An optical shop can change lenses to your prescription.
The nose tabs have a 10k mark. The balance is a rich gold-filled. The chain is marked 1/10 gold-filled on the clasp jump ring. That is twice the gold content of most gold-filled chains.
The chain’s wearable length is 25″ plus the 4.5″ drop. The lorgnette can be removed, and you can wear a different pendant.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
