Description
A stunning antique Arts and Crafts opal gold large slide pendant with a clean streamlined design in an arrow shape. It looks very modern, but is over 120 years old dating from the early 1900s.
This rare slide is made of gold filled. Set with an oval cut blue opal cabochon crowned by a trillion cut ruby simulant. The intensely blue opal is natural. The ruby is a simulant. The tiny seed pearl is natural and not cultured.
It is in very good condition and measures 11/16 of an inch tall by 1/2 an inch at the widest point.
There are no marks, it was carefully tested. It is a wonderful addition to a slide charm bracelet or necklace.
The photo of the two slides next to each other is for size comparison. Only the opal slide is included.
