Vintage Chinese Export Chatelaine Brooch with Three Large Charms – Enamel, Turquoise, Coral – Exquisite!
An incredibly well-made vintage Chinese Export chatelaine brooch from the 1940s. This amazing brooch is called a chatelaine brooch because it has 2 parts connected by a double chain. The charms are outstanding, the whole thing is done by hand.
There are 3 large charms. One is a seal enameled in shades of blue. Next to it, is a large sphere encrusted in natural Turquoise and Coral cabochons. On the opposite side, you will find a royal figure carved from a seed wearing a blue enamel traditional hat and collar.
This is a large and heavy brooch, best suited for heavier materials. It measures 3″ by 4″ when worn and weighs 37.1 grams. It is in excellent condition with some signs of age. Estimated to date from the 1940s Retro Era.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
