Harpers Bazaar Magazine March 1930
This Art Deco Era magazine is in poor condition. It was the property of a public library (Peoria IL).
The front cover has a library label and stamp, bends and tears, missing sections around the edges, and extensive wear from use.
The first few pages and the last page suffer the same plight. The back cover is missing. Some tape was added to secure the outside pages to the binding.
The inside pages are all present, with some foxing and light wear from use.
Great content, gorgeous illustrations, amazing ads and so much more.
A true chronicle of the Art Deco era. Cosmetics and early spring fashions are the focus of this issue. At the time, Harper’s Bazaar was quite a literary magazine and included novels from W. Somerset Maugham amongst other authors.
Total of 203 pages, all present.
