Vintage High Dome Sterling Silver Turquoise Ring Snake Eye Size 8 – Possibly Zuni – Unsigned and Unmarked – Artisan Made Statement Ring
Presenting a rather unusual sterling silver and turquoise ring set with a single round turquoise cabochon at the top of a perfectly round high dome.
This is an artisan made ring. It is not marked or signed and was tested for the metal content which is sterling silver.
It is a highly reflective ring, when worn it will capture the reflection of an entire ambient.
The shank is split in three. The bezel setting has a serrated edge.
The half sphere measures 3/4 inch (19mm) in diameter and rises 9/16 of an inch or 15mm above the hand at the center of the turquoise cabochon. It is a statement ring.
The band is 5.5 mm wide at the palm of the hand. Considering the texture on the inside of the shank, it might have been sand cast
The small round turquoise cabochon measures 3/16 inch (5mm) in diameter.
Ring size is 8 and it can be sized by a good silversmith.
The condition is very good overall. There is a tiny dent on one side of the setting. I tried to capture this on a photo but due to the highly reflective nature of the sterling, I am not sure it is obvious. It is not obvious when worn.

- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
