Vintage Turquoise with Pyrite Hammered Sterling Silver Geometric Modernist Earrings, very unique, artisan-made.
This pair of gorgeous statement earrings are from the Post-Modern era, ca 1980s. These stunning earrings are composed of a hand-hammered sterling silver donut shape holding a fan-shaped natural turquoise cabochon framed by a sterling silver arch.
The turquoise stones are gorgeous with tiny metallic flecks of pyrite, a natural occurrence with a metallic appearance. Folklore states pyrite inclusions in turquoise make for a lucky money charm.
These earrings are all handmade. They measure approximately 1 7/8″ tall by 1 1/8″ at the widest point on the drops. The deepest point is at the center of the natural turquoise cabochon at almost 3/8″.
Studio-made by an anonymous artist, these turquoise and sterling silver earrings are not marked and were carefully tested. Estimated to date from the 1980s and in excellent condition, they are truly spectacular earrings.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
