Antique Edwardian Locket Necklace Engraved R.E.E.
A beautiful locket with many unusual features. It opens on the back, behind the lovely Art Nouveau styled hinged bail. The shape is also unusual with round inset corners, an elongated oval inner frame, and a detailed engraved cover. There is an oval cartouche for initials on the cover which is blank. The initials R.E.E. are hand engraved on the back, done by hand, in an elegant and elaborate font.
Inside the locket, there are two frames, one complete with a clear celluloid cover, the other has no cover but both have frames. The celluloid has yellowed with time.
Completing the necklace is the most beautiful tight link curb chain – it looks like solid gold and drapes like it too. The chain is 18″ long. The total approximate weight is 9 grams.
The locket is marked on the rim of one of the inner frames. Unfortunately, it is not legible.
The chain is marked on the clasp.

- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
