Antique Victorian Carved Shank Gold Filled Belcher Ring
This is a beautiful and very old ring that can be worn by men or women. The setting looks carved with delicate details on both sides. The overall design has a gentle twist. It is a belcher setting, the stone held up high over a series of gentle arches. It also resembles claws or talons and invokes magical realms.
The stone is a garnet simulant, made of glass which is consistent with its time. It has heavy abrasion at the edges of the table. The stone is original to the ring and the wear is consistent with its age.
The ring size is 7.25 US and it cannot be easily resized due to the nature of the material.
It is in good condition with signs of wear consistent with its age. It is estimated to date from the 1880s.

- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
