It is an amazing issue, extremely rare, and the first one to include only American fashions. The birth of American fashion photography can be seen here, with photos by Louise Dahl-Wolfe, Abbe, Hoyningen-Huene, Herbert Matter, and Munkacsi.

There is a vast selection of ads, including but not limited to Tiffany, Vanity Fair stockings, Bonwitt Teller, I Magnin, Vasserette, Marshall Field & Co, and too many more to list individually.
This magazine is in very good condition for its age – it will be 100 years old soon.
All 120 pages and covers are intact, with no rips, bends, or tears. There is no writing or cutouts on the pages. Small pen mark on the cover from thoughtless handling.
The binding is tight. Small 1/2″ separation of the front cover from the binding at the bottom of the spine. Signs of light wear and age. Some shading on the front and back due to sunlight and the way it was stored. It has no odors or water damage.

If you would like a picture of a particular angle we are happy to provide you with more images.
- Returns are gladly accepted for store credit when you notify us within 7 days of order delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Electronic store credits are issued to your account with PreAdored® and do not expire. Shipping charges are not credited. There are no refunds.
- Items which were discounted by any means or altered (as in the case of sized rings) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- If there is loss or damage in transit please let us know right away so we can assist with the insurance claim. The insurance coverage ends 7 days after delivery, so please don’t wait.
- If you need to return an item, please visit our self-service Returns Center for the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA Number will be refused. We will respond quickly with instructions.
- We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Unshipped orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
